1-on-1 Personal Training is exactly that — you and your coach, full attention, fully customized programming. Best if you want the fastest results, have specific injuries to work around, or prefer a highly personalized approach to your fitness.
Small Group Personal Training is 2-5 people training together with one coach. You still get personalized programming and form correction, just at roughly half the cost of 1-on-1. Most of our adult members start here and love the small community.
Absolutely — and we have a lot of clients in that exact situation. We're not anti-GLP-1, but our experience is that medication alone leaves you smaller without the muscle, strength, or metabolism to keep the weight off long-term.
