16 Week Baseball Hitting Program

High School Athletes: Tuesdays 330-430 PM

High School Athletes: Wednesdays 815-915 PM

Middle School Athletes: Tuesdays 430-530 PM

🔹 Practice At-Bats:

Perfect your swing and develop your hitting strategy under pressure.

🔹 Baseball IQ Development:

It's not just about physical skill – we'll boost your baseball IQ!

Understand game situations, make smart decisions, and elevate your strategic thinking on the diamond.

🔹 Focused Hitting Drills:

Get in the zone with focused drill work for hitting. Learn the latest techniques, including driveline hitting, to maximize power, precision, and consistency at the plate.

🔹 Driveline Hitting:

all athletes will have access to driveline equipment such as plyo balls, weighted bats,

wrist weights, med balls and more. These products will give all players the tools and practice

to excel in their position.

High School Athletes:

Mondays and Fridays 330-430 PM

w/ Coach Tommy Kretzler

Tuesdays 615-715 PM and Saturdays 12-1 PM

Meet The Coaches!

Coach Keith Prestano

Keith is the Co-Owner and Head Athlete Trainer for Press The Limit Fitness.

Baseball has been a part of his life since his youth, growing up in Astoria Queens. He played Centerfield all through College and earned multiple NEAC and NCAA honors.

Post college he spent time at Gallaudet University, Washington DC, as an Assistant Coach for their baseball team. Following his time in DC he moved back to Rochester and took over the Interstate Collegiate Baseball Team as well as Partnered with the Upstate Baseball League for High School Athletes.

He is passionate about helping athletes reach their highest potential and has the tools, techniques and experiences to support!

Coach Tommy Kretzler

Tommy is an athlete trainer, personal trainer and baseball coach at PTL. He is also a professional baseball player with experience giving hitting/pitching lessons and coaching. He was a 1st team All American, Region player of the year, and 2-time conference player of the year as a two-way at Brockport. He holds 6 school records including career home runs (38), doubles (47), and RBIs (160). For the past 6 years Tommy’s offseason training has included all of the driveline products used in our programs.

Coach Colin Pytlak

Colin is an athlete trainer, personal trainer and baseball coach at PTL. He is from Buffalo, NY and graduated from SUNY Brockport, where he played 4 years of baseball. He earned his Masters degree in Adapted Physical Education. His passion lies in creating great relationships with others and pushing them to the best of their abilities.Colin is 5th in career strikeouts at Brockport and was apart of the 2023 SUNY ACC Champions at Brockport. He has experience in both private pitching and fielding lessons.
